Pastor Pam Edelman is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene.  She is currently serving as the lead pastor at OCN. She resides with her husband, Bob Edelman, and son, Nicholas at our church Parsonage. She has three grown children: Jordan, Elizabeth, and Victoria. 

Pastor Pam previously served as Children's pastor at Charlottesville's Northridge Community Church. Growing up in the small town of Sparta, Wisconsin, Pastor Pam continues to grow closer to God on a daily basis, though she'd never imagined to be leading a church like she does now.  

The Edelman family serve as a team.  Bob serves as the co-worship leader and supports all aspects of ministry.  Nick serves as the technological coordinator at the church.

Nicholas is the Technology Coordinator for Orange Church of the Nazarene. He studied at the CMC in Nashville, TN and now works part time for the church to manage their technology and social media presence. When not at the church, Nick spends his time freelancing locally, and managing his company. Nick has worked with the Virginia District Church of the Nazarene to provide live sound, streaming, and video support for many of their events since 2019.
